Returns & Exchanges
At The Pillow Home, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Package Your Items
Carefully place the pillows back into their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
